1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the cc111 website and mobile platform (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "You") and cc111 (the "Company" or "We"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

cc111 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account, access the Platform, or participate in any betting or gaming activities offered by cc111. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. cc111 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Legal Capacity and Jurisdiction

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh. You represent that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling activities. If you are accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. cc111 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from using cc111:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Individuals who have been previously banned or excluded from cc111 for any reason
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of cc111 and their immediate family members
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Persons who have entered into voluntary self-exclusion agreements with cc111 or other gambling operators
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or operating accounts for commercial purposes without prior authorization

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use cc111's betting and gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one account with cc111. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts associated with you, forfeiture of any balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. cc111 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and other identifiers.

3.3 Account Security and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, you must immediately notify cc111 customer support. cc111 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cc111 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be temporarily restricted until satisfactory verification documents are provided. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000, and the maximum single withdrawal is ৳1,000,000. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until those requirements are satisfied.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

All sports bets are subject to cc111's betting rules and market-specific regulations. Bets are accepted only while the betting market is open. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or voided except in cases of obvious error as determined by cc111 in its sole discretion. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

Detection of any prohibited practice will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and potential legal action. cc111 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and recover losses from the User's account balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

cc111 offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the individual promotion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the associated wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and collusion between users to manipulate bonus outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

Once a self-exclusion period is activated, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets until the exclusion period expires. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the cc111 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of cc111 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from cc111.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cc111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. cc111's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

cc111 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. cc111 is not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions by third-party payment processors that may affect your ability to access the Platform or complete transactions.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

cc111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, underage gambling, abuse of bonuses, use of prohibited betting strategies, failure to provide requested verification documents, or engagement in illegal activities.

10.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting cc111 customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. cc111 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of any ongoing investigations or verification procedures. Once an account is closed, all bonuses, promotional offers, and accumulated loyalty points will be forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Dispute Resolution

cc111's decision on any dispute or complaint shall be final and binding. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to appeal, challenge, or contest cc111's decisions in any court or tribunal, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from cc111. cc111 may freely assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without notice or consent.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and cc111 and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
